Family Home Ownership Assistance Program was established by our founder Russell Levine to offer mostly first time home buyers a hassle-free alternative to traditional lenders. We felt the time was right to provide the option of “Owner-Financing” of home purchases to a greater audience than was ever previously available.

We were established as a sister branch to the Guaranteed Acceptance, LLC  program in effect since the housing market crash of 2008. In operation in the Greater New Orleans area for those fifteen years, the concept of Owner-Financing was perfected and has resulted in thousands of happy homeowners who otherwise would never have been able to purchase a home.

Our goal is to make as many potential home buyers realize their dream of homeownership as possible throughout the US. By offering identical rates and terms as banks but with NO hidden fees, points or charges, we strive to provide the best and only alternative to traditional lenders that exists.

Combined with the fact that our Programs require NO Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) as required by virtually every traditional lender of 80% plus funding, our loans are not only more attainable but MORE AFFORDABLE!
