Up to 100% of Downpayment and Closing Costs are available but only to qualified home buyers

ALL Grants are applied to your out-of-pocket costs at closing and never need to be repaid.

To our knowledge, our Grants are the highest offered by a non-governmental agency.

Each potential buyer is unique and evaluated on a case-by-case basis in our underwriting process. We require specific documents from each Program enrollee to aid us in determining the extent of the Grant they are offered.
